  during pregnancy or after birth. They are free\, informal and run by trai
 ned befrienders. Whether you are a mum or dad\, brother or sister\, grandp
 arents or a family friend we are very happy to see you and talk about our 
 babies\, how we deal with it and how it affects us. We meet\, usually the
